Occasionally we come across something unique during selection, such as a special golden or black colour or very large roes. In the past, many of our customers wanted to participate and experience caviar selection and extraction, and then take the delicacies directly with them.

Today Caviar House & Prunier offers you the best selection of the finest caviar. Our roes come exclusively from the best sturgeon farms in the world, which exclusively use our methods to produce the finest caviar.
The Oscietra comes from the sturgeon species Acipenser Gueldenstaedti. This is an exceptionally coarse caviar with the inimitable taste of roasted walnuts and hazelnuts. It has a beautiful amber complexion and a unique, long aromatic aftertaste. A real dream with a great white wine, a spicy Chardonnay of the Meursault type or based on the Chenin de Loire grape variety of the Savennières type.
